Q1:Do you have a free delivery service?
Yes, if you purchase Playhot products over $50 from the official Playhot store, we offer free shipping.
Q2:How to use your discount code?
1. Copy/Remember the discount code you received.
2. Insert your discount code when you check out.
Q3:How long will it take to get my package?
The general packages will take 5-12 days for shipping. If your package is affected by force majeure, please send email to support@playhot.com for help.
Q4:How can I track my order?
After shipment, we will provide you with tracking information through the contact information you left, you can use your tracking number to track your order.
Q5:How can I cancel my order or change the color ?
Please email support@playhot.com as soon as possible if you wish to change color or cancel your order. We will do our best to honor your request. However, if your package has already been dispatched, we will be unable to deal with your request.
Q6:Is there a return policy on my product?
Yes, we have a 30-day return policy for any reason, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Q7:Is there a warranty on my product?
Yes, there' s a one-year warranty for your PlayhotProducts. Within a year, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is defective, Playhotwill (at its sole option) repaire or replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of Playhotand are not returned to you. If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
